By downloading or using Left It., you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and written in plain English.
Left It. is a personal item tracker for iOS and Android, developed and published by MVC Group Ltd. The app is available as a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD with unlimited item tracking and no recurring fees.
When you purchase the unlimited upgrade, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Left It. on any iOS or Android device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app.
Left It. is distributed through the Apple App Store on iOS and the Google Play Store on Android. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled according to their respective policies.
Left It. is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the app for any particular purpose. The app helps you remember where you left things — but we cannot guarantee it will always help you find them.
MVC Group Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of Left It. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
We may release updates to Left It. from time to time. Updates delivered through the App Store are included in your purchase at no extra cost. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
